Shipping Policy
Free Local Pickup
Free local pickup, in Lindsay, ON, is available and can be arranged any time between 9am-8pm. A confirmation email with pickup information will be sent when your order is ready to be picked up.
Free Shipping
Salvaged and Seamed offers free shipping on qualifying orders over $150 CAD, before taxes.
Flat Rate Local Delivery
We also offer $5 local delivery within a 20km radius of Lindsay, Ontario.
Standard Shipping
Our products are shipped Canada Standard with Tracking for a fee of $12 CAD. Shipping time can range from approximately 2-10 business days.
Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Customers will receive an email once their order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
Salvaged and Seamed offers a 30-day return policy. As a customer, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Please note certain types of items cannot be returned, we cannot offer returns on jewelry or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
To be eligible for return the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also be required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at salvagedandseamed@gmail.com. Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping charge. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
