Shipping Policy

Free Local Pickup

Free local pickup, in Lindsay, ON, is available and can be arranged any time between 9am-8pm. A confirmation email with pickup information will be sent when your order is ready to be picked up.

Free Shipping

Salvaged and Seamed offers free shipping on qualifying orders over $150 CAD, before taxes.​

Flat Rate Local Delivery 

We also offer $5 local delivery within a 20km radius of Lindsay, Ontario. 

Standard Shipping 

Our products are shipped Canada Standard with Tracking for a fee of $12 CAD. Shipping time can range from approximately 2-10 business days.

Processing Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Customers will receive an email once their order has shipped.

Final Sale Policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

  • Why Final Sale? This policy allows us to focus entirely on the quality and originality of each creation. Because our inventory is often unique, salvaged, or made-to-order, we cannot restock or resell an item once it has been purchased and shipped.

We understand that buying online requires trust. To help you make the best decision, we strongly encourage you to:

  • Review all product descriptions carefully for details on materials, dimensions, and unique characteristics (including any intentional "flaws" that add to the salvaged aesthetic).

  • Examine all photos to get a clear sense of the item's condition and appearance.

  • Reach Out with Questions: If you have any concerns or need further clarification on a product, please contact us before purchasing. We are always happy to provide additional measurements, photos, or information to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We take great care in packaging every item securely. However, if your order arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and clear photos of the damage to the item and the packaging.

  • We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and find the best possible resolution.
